Foris Prep International Pvt. Ltd. is permitted to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis.
Assignment
The Foris Prep International Pvt. Ltd. is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
Delivery Policy
The pricing for every service pack involving online coaching, offline coaching, mock test centre, practice tests and practice questions have been mentioned explicitly under the “Pricing” tab at www.forisprep.com. Subscribers will be able to access only those services that they have purchased from the website. In case, if the subscribers have been given the benefit to avail certain services as a part of special offers, then they will be given access only to the services mentioned in such offers. The offers and services may change without prior notice. There will be a short and temporary suspension of services during website and server maintenance. The message for the same may or may not be conveyed to the subscribers prior and Foris Prep International Pvt. Ltd. Is not liable for any loss originating due to such an event.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund is offered on case to case basis on the purchase of vouchers, offline coaching services, online coaching services, visa consultancy services and mock test centre exam slot bookings.
Refund is offered as per the terms agreed upon with the client.
In order to get a refund on cancellation, the subscriber must not have attended more than one online class from any of the service packs offering online coaching or must not have attempted even a single test or a single practice question from any of the service packs offering practice tests with evaluation. All cancellation requests must have been initiated by the subscriber via e-mail on contact@forisprep.com within 24 hours of purchase. Your account will be terminated immediately once the cancellation request is received and verified.
Upon cancellation, the subscriber will receive the refund after deducting 10% processing charges within 7 business days of the cancellation of services.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Foris Prep International Pvt. Ltd. and you in relation to your use of this website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
